Description: A pair of Hans Wegner (1914-2007) ch47 side/easy chairs in beech soaped finish designed in 1965 and manufactured by Carl Hansen and son of Denmark.
The chairs are in very nice order with only minor wear and tear through light use.
The original labels remain in place. These chairs retail new for £692 each...

Description: A lovely example of Hans J Wegner's (1914-2007) classic J16 rocking chair designed in 1944. This particular chair was produced on the 1st February 1965 and features the more desirable lacquered oak frame.
The chair is in good condition and has some wear and tear consistent with its age and use. There is, as always the case with these chairs, some loss of the black lacquer to the front of the chair arms and some minor wear elsewhere as pictured. The original Danish cord is in good condition. This is a very nice chair in sound structural condition. It should give many years of pleasure...

Description: A choice of five Charles and Ray Eames EA 208 soft pad group chairs.
These particular chairs were produced in 2000 by Vitra. The chairs are very comfortable, and the pads are in good, firm condition. The fabric has very light wear only to some of the corners of the chair seats, but much less than is usually the case with these chairs. The frames are sound structurally and the chrome is in good condition, although there is some wear and light scratching to the chair arms. The chairs swivel and are on 4 star bases.
All of the labels are retained coupled with the Vitra stamp in it's frame. The chairs retailed for around £1700 each...

This is a brand new product launch for 2008 and has already been featured in The Sunday Times Style Magazine and The Evening Standard ES Magazine.
Heavyweight, hand crafted, solid furniture cube 42cm x 42cm x 46cm. Made in the UK from solid wood and covered in deep upholstery foam with a solid wooden base and 4 x 1" button feet in each corner.
Upholstered in a variety of well-sourced vintage fabrics from the 1950's, patchworked with a few comtemporary fabric pieces to provide a thoroughly modern look.
This cube features silver-grey and orange fabric pieces depicting birds mixed with a black and green pear design - all from the 1950's, combined with a black and white contemporary tree print and unusual Japanese, contemporary bird-and-blossom print.
Due to the nature of the vintage fabric used within these cubes, each product is totally unique - although often a pair of cubes can be offered with a very similar pattern structure and using the same combinations of fabrics.
