Veiled Lady Marble sculpture
Made using 90% carrera marble with a black marguina marble socle (base section). This bust, also known as The Bride.
The original marble sculpture was made by the Italian artist Raphaelle Monti, who came to live in England 1850. It was purchased by the Duke of Devonshire and is now on permanent display at Chatsworth House.
